Returning via Mail:
- Contact us first, please DO NOT send return items back unannounced.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to commence returns before return-mailing products for customer service to assist you with your return.
- Returned products must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of original purchase.
- Only products with a valid proof of purchase will be accepted. Must include copy of receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
- We do not accept returns on items not directly purchased from our website or phone order number.
- Purchases from retail locations must be returned to original location to determine return eligibility.
- We are not affiliated with Ebay, Amazon, or other 3rd party vendors; we do not accept returns from these vendors.
- If your return / exchange meets all the requirements above, please mail your items back to the store.
- The return item remains your responsibility until it reaches us; we advise sending a package using a trusted delivery service that insures the value of your goods.
- The return of item returns is your responsibility as well; charges for delivery are only refundable in cases where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- After the return is received, a full refund will be issued of you items excluding the original delivery charge. Or, if preferred, the item will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re sorry, but we do not ship CBD products to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the Unites States at the present time through our website. We are only able to accept payment with a US Billing and Shipping Address.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Orders over $50.00 (before applied tax and shipping charges) are qualified for free shipping from our website, goclubcanna.com – please check that you select the Free Shipping option before checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and ship. When your order ships, you should receive an email with your order and tracking number. If your order is delayed past the window of time, feel free to contact us at email@example.com!
